Bidding Process

By submitting a bid, you agree to pay the amount bid for the item if your bid is the highest at the end of the auction.

To make a bid, click on the artwork above and fill out the form on the respective page for that painting. To be considered, your bid must be above the stated “Highest Current Bid” listed on the page.

You are permitted to bid as many times as you wish throughout the auction period, however, only your final highest bid will be considered. Be sure to check in occassionally on the Highest Current Bid to see if you need to increase your bid. The Highest Current Bid is updated daily by 10:00AM EST with the highest bid from the day before.

Winning Bid Selection

The winning bid – that is, the highest overall bid for each painting, as of February 26, 2022 at 8:00pm – will be announced on the Artsy Yaadie Instagram page and website by Monday, February 28, 2022.

Each winner will also be contacted by email and/or phone to make payment arrangements and to collect their prize. The winning bid amount will not be disclosed publicly.

Shipping costs outside of Antigua and Barbuda must be covered by the successful bidder.

Payment can be made via cash, direct transfer to Antigua & Barbuda bank account (XCD or USD), or via PayPal.

Successful bidders must make full payment by Friday, March 11, 2022 to receive their painting. If payment is not made in time, we reserve the right to offer the painting to the next highest bidder.

If for any reason, the winning bidder is unable or unwilling to claim their painting, we will offer the artwork to the second highest bidder at their highest bid, then the third highest bidder at their highest bid. If the artwork is not purchased by three bidders, we reserve the right to remove it from the auction entirely.

Other Terms

This auction begins on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at midday EST and ends on Friday, February 26, 2022 at 5:00pm EST. The highest bidder for each piece of art will receive the original painting by Stacie-Ann Shaw (aka “Artsy Yaadie”), unframed, in tube packaging.

We reserve the right to terminate or remove any item from this auction at any time for any reason, as we see fit.
